Blue Heron Billing Service Agreement
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Blue Heron Billing ("Service Provider") and the undersigned client ("Client"). By engaging Blue Heron Billing for invoicing services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Services Provided
Service Provider provides invoicing services for educators working with homeschool charter schools. Services include but are not limited to:
Generating and submitting invoices on behalf of the Client.
Customizing invoices to meet charter school requirements.
Tracking and following up on submitted invoices if necessary.
Maintaining records of invoiced amounts.
2. Pricing & Payment
The Client agrees to pay Service Provider 5% of the total invoice amount for each invoice generated.
Payments for services rendered are due upon receipt of an invoice from Service Provider.
Late or failed payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for invoice generation.
Inform Service Provider of any changes in vendor requirements or payment terms.
Ensure that the services being invoiced comply with applicable regulations and agreements with charter schools.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of service, including but not limited to student names, invoice details, and payment records.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
The Service Provider is not responsible for delayed or denied payments due to incorrect information provided by the Client.
The Service Provider does not guarantee payment from charter schools and is not liable for non-payment by third parties.
The Client remains responsible for ensuring that services invoiced are valid and authorized.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this agreement with a 7-day written notice.
The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or fails to make required payments.
7. Agreement Modifications
The Service Provider reserves the right to update this Agreement as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
By using Blue Heron Billing’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
