We provide consultations to ensure that you are processing invoices properly. Additionally, we share our invoice and record keeping templates to aid you in organization. We can also organize your records for you.

When working with Blue Heron for consulting, you have access to our team via email for 3 months after the initial consultation. Additional help provided for an additional charge.

Our pricing is straightforward—no hidden fees, no surprises.

We charge 5% of the total invoice amount for each invoice we generate on your behalf.

No upfront costs – You only pay when invoices are created.
No subscription fees – Just a simple percentage-based rate.
Scalable pricing – Whether you invoice occasionally or regularly, our fee adjusts with your earnings.

Initial Consultation: $150

Includes:

• 2-hour maximum video or in-person* consultation.

• Invoice template.

• Income template.

• Client records template.

• 2-month’s access to our team via email for questions regarding your invoices.

Follow-up Consultation: $50

• 1-Hour follow-up consultation conducted via phone, video, or in-person.*

• $15 fee per 15 minutes if consultation goes beyond 1 hour.

*Travel fee may be required if consultant must travel more than 15 miles.
